Do you think I have a depression?

Hello

I'm Emily, 24 years old and I am afraid I have a depression. My head is a mess currently, and that has been going on for a couple of months now. I feel low every day, I hardly have any motivation or energy to get up in the morning and doing my job. I have to of course, but it's really hard for me lately. I honestly don't feel happiness anymore. And that's the point that makes me scared. I don't know who I am at the moment, because I used to be happy and spontaneous.

People see me as a lazy person, I hate that..
